Welcome to Galaxy Legion: Apotheosis! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Galaxy Legion game and all related services (the "Game"). The Game is provided to you by Eris Media, LLC. ("Company," "we," "us"). By accessing or using the Game, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use the Game.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through the Game interface, by sending an email, or by other means we deem appropriate. Your continued use of the Game after such notification will constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.

You affirm that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and are fully able and competent to enter into these Terms. The Game is intended for personal, non-commercial use only.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account and to update such information to keep it accurate. We reserve the right to terminate accounts with incorrect or incomplete information.

The materials provided in the Game, including all intellectual property rights, are owned by or licensed to the Company. You may use the Game's content as permitted by these Terms and not for any unauthorized purposes.

Galaxy Points ("GPs") purchased in the Game can only be used within the Game and have no real-world value. We reserve the right to manage, regulate, control, modify, or eliminate virtual goods as we see fit with no liability to you.

You agree to follow all laws and regulations in your use of the Game and to not engage in any prohibited activities outlined in these Terms. We have zero-tolerance for any form of harassment, cheating, or harmful conduct.

We encourage a respectful and constructive community. We will moderate the community channels and take action against any content or behavior violating our community guidelines.

The Game is controlled and operated within the United States. These Terms and your use of the Game are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may terminate your access to the Game at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and destroy all copies of any materials obtained from the Game.

The Game and its materials are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company disclaims all warranties, express or implied. The Company's liability for any claims arising out of these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, to use the Game.

You agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your use of the Game.
